Bacon Mushroom Fetuchini


  • 250g fettuccine noodles
  • 250g Purefoods Bacon Crumble
  • 284G Jolly Pieces & Stems Mushrooms
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 250ml Nestle All Purpose Cream
  • ⅓ cup shaved parmesan cheese or Cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Cook noodles according to the package's instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. Cook bacon in a pan over medium-high heat until almost crispy. Add mushrooms and garlic and cook another 1-2 minutes until mushrooms are tender and garlic is fragrant.
  3. Stir in heavy cream and cheese and continue to stir for 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  4. Add noodles and stir to coat in sauce.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste
  6. Top with additional cheese then ready to serve.
