Eduardo's Peri-peri Flame Grilled Chicken

1/2 Slab baby back Ribs (Photo taken by NocturnalSaint)
1/2 Slab baby back Ribs fron Eduardo's Peri-peri
I love baby back ribs! I had the chance to drop by at SM Fairview last Feb 14 2017. I was so hungry when I notice this restaurant. It's called Eduardo's Peri-peri Flame grilled chicken. Their specialty is their grilled chicken but as I was browsing their menu this baby back ribs caught my attention. It really looks good after about 15 mins they have finally served it. It looks really good.  The tenderness of the meat is fine. I love the taste. It's really good plus they have nice barbecue sauces. You can choose from mind spicy and super spicy (though i don't really find it spicy at all). The steamed rice is nicely cooked.

The place is quite small.

This is a self service restaurant but I was disappointed with some staff. I was alone when I dine here and a have a lot of things with me. The only available seat was near the kitchen door. After they serve the food I forgot to get my own spoon, fork and knife which is located in the counter, from the far end from my seat. I requested the staff who brought my food since I have no one with me to look up for things. But instead of assisting me he just point his finger to the counter and told me that I can get my utensils their.

The price is just fine. Affordable should I say for the taste of the food.

Located at Upper Ground Floor, The New Annex, SM City Fairview, Fairview, Quezon City

Asan si Diwa at Ilan Seafood Grill in Adventure Food Park in New Manila Quezon City Metro Manila

Had a chance to visit "Adventure Food Park" last night with my food and travel buddy, Jen. Adventure food is located at 704 Aurora Boulevard, New manila Quezon City. Right in front of St. Paul Academy. We've got to try two of the restaurants there. Adventure Food Park open from 12:00 noon to 12:00 AM. daily.

First we went to Asan si Diwa at Ilan Seafood Grill. They serve Filipino, Seafood and grilled dishes.

We've got to try their Binagoongang Liempo and DIY Shrimp and have it spicy garlic. At a very affordable price the taste the food was really good. Liempo (pork belly) was grilled and mixed with shrimp paste (bagoong). The DIY shrimp was also good. where else can you find a shrimp dish in the Metro for on 199 pesos?

The ambiance is great. Very cozy and relaxing. Not the typical interior of restaurants that you can find in a food park. This looks like an independent restaurant inside the food park. Jen and I really enjoyed the place.

Another excellent about the place is their staff. They were very nice and accommodating. This is a must visit restaurant weather you came from a far or just near by, I came from Bulacan and the travel time is worth it as I experience this awesome place.

I will give this place a five star for it's value for money, nice place, great food and accommodating people

Dreamworld Hotel (formerly Eurotel Cubao) Quezon City, Philippines

After I had massage at Infinifa Body Massage and Spa and Food Tip at Panda Rush, I went to Cubao and supposed to head home. However there were still a lot of commuters waiting for buses. I was already past 11:00 pm and more than 5 buses already passed by and they were still full. After waiting for 45 mins I already feel that my bed is calling my body. I just decided then to check in and head home by morning the following day.

I checked in at Dreamworld Hotel (formerly Eurotel Cubao) located at General Roxas Street, Araneta Center, Cubao, Quezon City, Manila.

  • It's location is an advantage, It is conviniently located in the heart of araneta center. Very accessible to Bus terminals, LRT 2 Araneta Center Station and MRT Araneta Center Station. Also near the city's top attraction Araneta Coliseum, Isetann Cubao, Gateway Mall, SM Cubao.
  • The staff were nice, accomodating and friendly The front desk are quick to respond and very helpful. A welcoming atmosphere and excellent service are what you can expect during your stay at Dreamworld Hotel.
  • The room I stayed is a regular room. It did not have windows, which can be a bit difficult for people who do not like to be in an enclosed space.
  • Cable have poor reception.
  • Rooms were not so well maintained. I stayed at Room 205 in second floor. As a walk through the hallway I noticed that the doors are all opened.
  • I just stayed there for 6 hours. The cost is a little bit pricey compared with other motels such as SOGO and the Vista Hotel which is the last hotel I've stayed.

Key features of the Hotel are as follows

    • Internet access.  Free Wi-Fi in all rooms and in public areas
    • Satellite / Cable TV
    • Hair Dryer
    • Air Conditioning
    • Bathtub
    • Complimentary Bottled Water
    • Daily Newspaper
    • Taxi service
    • Massage Spa
    • Room service [24-hour]
    • Daily housekeeping
    • Luggage storage
    • Smoking area
    • Safety deposit boxes
    • Family room for those who have kids
    • Check-in/check-out [express]
    • Check-in [24-hour],
    • Elevator, Front desk [24-hour]
    • Security [24-hour]

    My verdict?
    3 out 5 stars
